Inflation
Inflation applies only when paying the bank — not for trades or rent to other players.
Applies to: property prices, rent, utilities, taxes, jail bail, accident fines, natural disaster wheels, etc.
Does NOT apply to:
GO ($200 still)
Bank rewards / payouts
Poor Man's Gamble or any player-initiated gamble entry fees
Just add from inflation table every time player gives bank money.
A neutral token moved by rolling 2 dice (or more/less at Banker’s discretion to adjust difficulty).
Moves like a normal piece but is immune to all board effects:
No rent, no jail, no tax, no purchases
Tracks inflation and overall game pacing.
To cushion inflation:
2 players with the fewest property may withdraw Inflation Vouchers from the bank every 8 turns. Tracked and collected by players.
Vouchers are fixed at $200 and $400.
If a player forgets to claim their voucher during their eligible turn, it is forfeited.
Players may stash their money on Free Parking as a savings pool:
🧾 Stashing Rules:
Can only stash money every 5 banker turn.
Minimum stash: $100, only in $100 increments.
Once stashed, the money cannot be touched for the next 5 bank turns.
💸 Banker Bonuses:
Occasionally, the Banker may add bonus money to Free Parking.
When someone lands on Free Parking before 5 banker turn, they collect all money on it, including stashes.
The bonus is split pro-rated among stashing players:
E.g., John stashed $100, Sally $200 → Banker adds $30
Sally gets $220, John gets $110
Buy Vehicle Token (VT) — Max 5 VT in possession. And, Buy Fuel Token (FT) — Limited by vehicle type
Trade VT for Vehicle
Upgrade VT to luxury
Buy vehicles using VT.
Fuel (FT) is needed every turn if you own a vehicle (except bicycles).
If unused for 1 turn: Warning. If unused for 2 turns: Vehicle is destroyed + $200 fine ($100 bank / $100 caller).
Motorbike/Car → Luxury:
Own normal version first
Pay 50% of base cost to upgrade
FT cost +10%, Fuel capacity increases
Immune to accident costs (except on roll of 6)
Bicycle → Delivery Rider:
Pay $88
Earn +$50 on GO
Move -1 space per roll
Accident cost -10%
Car / Motorcycle: Roll 3 dice
Bicycle: Reroll on doubles
No vehicle: No double reroll
Happens if 2+ players land on same square. (cumulative)
Each player rolls 1 dice:
1–5: Pay that many FT in cash
6: Lose all FT in possession, Fine 5 FT worth in cash, skip turn
Luxury vehicles: Skip cost, unless rolls 6
Motorbike rolls 18: Crashes. Lose all FT, skip turn
VT and FT can be freely traded
Vehicles cannot be sold or traded
If caught cheating: $200 fine ($100 bank and $100 to caller)
