Card Overview
Total of 40 hidden cards in the deck.
4 secret tiers:
Bronze: 22 cards
Silver: 8 cards
Gold: 10 cards
Diamond: Hidden inside Bronze tier (2 cards only)
Tiers reflect card strength, but not reward direction. Even Gold or Silver may be a loss. Only Diamond cards guarantee high wins. Trust your luck.
Cost: $30 per draw (paid to Bank).
Drawing is only allowed on your turn
Players with more than 3 properties are not allowed to play.
Only the poor gamble.
When you draw a card, open it publicly and read aloud the result.
Then:
Collect or pay the Bank based on the card.
If the card says ±$0, roll a die:
1–3: Gain a free hotel on any owned property.
4–6: Spin the Wheel of Disaster (if no wheel, nothing happens)
After resolving, return the slip into the card carefully and put it back in the draw pile face-down.
This is a player-enforced trust system.
Any player caught cheating (e.g., drawing extra cards, hiding cards, not paying/claiming) can be called out by another.
Penalties:
Not showing or mishandling the card:
Fined $200
$100 to Bank, $100 to player who called them out
Drawing more cards than allowed:
Fined $200, all goes to the player who called them out
Natural Disaster can be good or bad and occurs anytime mid to late game
Highest/Lowest roller will get to spin a wheel of disasters
